PROJECT - Replacement Dwelling, Burnham Market.

On our first meeting we discussed the options and our criteria for the project and they promptly prepared the concept drawings for us, we were so pleased with the initial design and the fact that they had fully understood our requirements, we asked them to go ahead with the planning that same day.

At the initial site meeting Chris listened to our needs and provided advice on options that really helped clarify how we wished to develop the property. We were very happy with the drawings he produced, and the graphics provided were high quality and allowed us to easily visualise what the final building would look like.
Living in a conservation area means that there are more planning restrictions, however, ACS were able to draw upon specialist advice to ensure that our application was successful.
