The site located in West Rudham, Norfolk, previously attained planning consent for two large dwellings and the developers, Hestia Real Estate, instead sought to maximise the site and meet the needs of the local community by providing three family homes attributed with generous amenity and parking.

 

Influence for the design of the dwellings was drawn from the rural setting in producing a ‘farm style’ complex of one barn inspired dwelling and two ‘workers cottages’. Keen to differentiate the dwellings, subtle variances in design details and material choices provide bespoke homes that are crafted to the highest standard.
