A stunning location on the Norfolk coast with a property less so, but still just a step onto the Old Hunstanton beach. The brief promised huge potential to provide a new replacement dwelling befitting the desirable location. A design challenge whereby the property would be built within the stand dunes offering upside down living to take advantage of the stunning sea views.

ACS designed a contemporary aesthetic 'beachside' with prominent double glazed gables finished in striking white render creating a memorable silhouette in the built landscape whilst the 'roadside' would be understated in design and traditional materials featuring Norfolk red brick, flint and pantiles.

ACS provided a full design and Building Regulation package, hard landscape design and project management service ensuring the project ran smoothly. The build was delivered superbly by MW McGinn Construction and also featured within and on the front cover of KL Magazines' Home Design & Build edition.
