Extensions and alterations to the semi-detached dwelling provided a new focal point to the property that benefits as a corner plot. A perfectly symmetrical design that can be admired on approach is also attributed with partly glazed gables, painted brickwork and Norfolk field flint. In-between is flat roof structure with feature glazed lantern. When viewed head on from the south the effect is to still visually identify the outline of the historic gable.
