Originally siting a chalet property, a previous planning application prior to ACS Architectural's involvement was unsuccessful. ACS rose to the challenge using design and planning expertise to achieve an amazing result. The dwelling was sunk into the ground to remain sympathetic to its surroundings and neighboring properties, which resulted in a raised rear garden with sunken patio areas perfect for entertaining.
