Free initial consultation and advice
At ACS Architectural Ltd. we understand that every project is different and should be treated as such. In order to understand your aspirations we offer a free initial consultation providing expert advice before producing a no obligation quotation tailored to your brief.
Dimensional and level surveys
Once a quotation is accepted our experienced surveyors will carry out a dimensional and level survey of your property to produce a set of existing plans. These will form the basis to progress your project.
Design drawings
When we are in possession of your brief and a set of drawings as existing our creative team will proceed to conceive a design concept. At this stage drawings as proposed will be produced for your approval.
Planning Package
With your chosen design we will collate a planning package. As well as including planning drawings, where required we will also produce planning documentation such as;
• Design and access statements
• Listed Building & Heritage Statements
• Pre-contamination assessments
We will also advise you on the requirements of further 3rd party reports and surveys. Our services will include obtaining quotations and liaising with 3rd parties on your behalf.

Project Management
We offer service packages for Project Management to ensure the build phase of your project runs smoothly from start to finish giving you total piece of mind.

CGI images
We can also provide you with Computer Generated Images of your project through our sister company Archi-Vis Studio Ltd.
The images can be used in support of a planning application or utilised as marketing images for new developments. Archi-Vis Studio Ltd. can provide images for brochures, website listings and site boards.
